1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns on most items within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

Certain items such as perishable goods, personal care items, or customized products may not be eligible for return.
2. How to Initiate a Return

Photo(s) if the item is damaged or defective
Once approved, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your return.
Please do not send items back without prior authorization.
3. Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs.

If the return is for any other reason (e.g., changed mind), you will be responsible for return shipping.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the approval status. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
5. Exchanges
